These positions provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, supporting communication, and participating in community activities. Successful candidates are patient, dependable, adaptable, and able to remain calm and supportive while building positive relationships and providing person-centered care.- FT (38 hrs/week) | Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed
Supporting multiple individuals through Attendant Care and DSA services. Experience with behavioral needs required.

Pinnacle is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure the individuals you support receive appropriate care for their medical and behavioral needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assists with transfers / lifting
- Comfortable with behavioral support needs
- No animal allergies (pets in the home)
- Able to administer / manage medications
- Comfortable with personal-care tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a State of Oregon background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
