Customer Service Rep

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service representative to connect with our insurance customers. This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent at Jack Insurance located in El Dorado, KS. The primary responsibilities will be to solicit, negotiate, and sell various types of insurance policies to clients. Insurance Agents will also be responsible for managing and servicing existing policies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance License within 60 days of employment.
