CORG Management Group is seeking a Weekend Part-Timer for the Charlotte Airport area. We are looking for an independent self-starter who can work alone and work with a team. Successful team member will: be punctual, have great attention to detail; be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision; take pride in their work; and are open to learning; someone that can maintain and organize and can ensure and maintain an adequate amount of supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Notify the management office of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Helps employees on-site when needed
Core Competencies:
· Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background
· Proven working experience (1-3 years)
· Ability to communicate with management team
· Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
· Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must have own transportation
Must have a valid NC Driver's License
