RN Supervisor

Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Rate: $36–$40/hour
Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Aiken, SC. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide clinical guidance and leadership during routine operations and emergency situations.
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina.
Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
