On-Site Security / Property Watch

We are looking for a reliable individual for a simple, entry-level on-site security position monitoring a commercial property.

No prior security experience is required.This is primarily an observe-and-report role and is a good opportunity for someone looking to get started in security or earn additional income.

What You'll Do

• Remain on-site in your personal vehicle during your scheduled shift
• Maintain a visible presence and monitor the building and surrounding property
• Watch for suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, vandalism, or other concerns
• Contact local law enforcement if an incident or suspicious activity occurs
• Notify management of any notable incidents

This is a non-confrontational position.You will not be expected to approach, confront, chase, detain, or physically intervene with anyone. Your responsibility is simply to observe, report, and contact law enforcement when necessary.
