Lead Flexographic Press Operator (Narrow Web)

Picture your evening starting at our Garner, North Carolina plant: you review the job packet, confirm materials, and bring the press up to speed. As the lead operator, you set the tone for quality and pace on the floorkeeping the press humming and the team aligned.

• Run and oversee a flexographic printing press from setup to completion, ensuring output aligns with specs and quality expectations.
• Complete the Production Traveler accurately so every job is fully documented.
• Maintain a spotless, safe press and surrounding workspace to prevent hazards.
• Examine each roll with a sharp eye for accuracy and defects before it moves on.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving to adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize.
• Collaborate smoothly with other press operators and management to achieve the desired results.

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:00 am. Additional days and hours may be necessary based on production needs.
