Receptionist

ASPYRE of Bronzeville is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of the facility.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly

• Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and visitor logs

• Provide general administrative support to leadership and department staff

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and basic office tasks

• Monitor building entry and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with all departments to support daily operations

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred; healthcare experience is a plus
