Own office provided, phone, computers, all office supplies. Flexible hours, ability to create your own book of business.

you will also have access to write in the states Of Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Indiana.

Salary is commission based, it will solely depend on how much business you write, including what you have already wrote you would receive commission on Renewals at the time of them.

Start up base pay until you build your book of buisness.

Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and explain available coverage options clearly.

Prepare accurate quotes and present policies that offer real value and protection to our neighbors.

Process policy changes, renewals, and payments with high attention to detail.

Respond to client questions and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a smooth service experience.

Maintain clean and organized client records to keep our agency running efficiently.

Engage in local networking to help share the Russell Associates story with more people in Leitchfield.

Current Kentucky Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal accountability.

Experience with agency management systems or similar CRM platforms.

Strong local ties to the Leitchfield or Grayson County area.
