Asama Coldwater Manufacturing is hiring Foundry Production Associates to join our Casting Department.

This is a hands-on industrial position where you'll help produce metal castings used in manufacturing operations. No prior foundry experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to develop valuable industrial skills.

• Support foundry operations and metal casting production
• Operate equipment used in the melting and pouring process
• Assist with furnace operations
• Operate overhead cranes and industrial equipment
• Clean, grease, and maintain production equipment
• Perform general production and material handling tasks
• Remove excess metal and assist with production processes
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

This is a true industrial manufacturing environment.

• Around molten metal and high temperatures
• In a loud production environment
• In dusty conditions
• Around moving machinery and equipment
• On their feet throughout the shift

Candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work tend to be most successful in this role.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work safely in a hot industrial environment

Previous foundry experience is not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
