• Set up, operate, and maintain and if able program CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform accurate quality checks with precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and keep production running smoothly and efficiently
• What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years CNC machining experience (mill, lathe, or both)
• Strong understanding of machining processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
