What’s a typical day as Warehouse Laborer? You’ll be:
  • Manually loading and unloading freight, stock, and materials
  • Efficiently stacking and storing merchandise in designated areas
  • Picking orders and assembling various types of merchandise for shipment
  • Checking and counting freight for accuracy, damage, or infestation
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting warehouse security
  • Conducting operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA standards
  • Participating in physical inventories as needed
  • Labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking merchandise
  • Allocating time properly to customers and reporting hazards to the shift supervisor
  • Following attendance policy and being ready for your assigned shift
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Can work a varied schedule, including weekends and early mornings
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can follow directions effectively
  • Are able to frequently sit, hear, talk, use close vision, and handle objects; occasionally stand, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 80 lbs
  • Can successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
