Field Systems Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Field Systems Engineer who will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This role involves resolving escalated IT issues, managing incidents, and supporting IT equipment and projects.

• Resolve Tier 2 Service Desk escalations and onsite IT issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft applications and operational IT equipment.
• Manage tickets and adhere to established SLAs.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for CVG.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, centralized IT teams, vendors, and Operations.
• Support equipment deployments, asset activities, and IT projects.
• Assist with facility moves, expansions, and technology deployments.
• Prepare the facility and equipment for peak-season operations.

• 2+ years of experience in desktop, field services, PC technician, or IT support.
• Proficiency in hands-on Windows, hardware/software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Experience with Service Desk, ticketing systems, and SLAs.
• Strong skills in Windows imaging and deployment.

• Experience with Dell, Lenovo, and HP hardware.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency in Android, Zebra/SOTI, or MDM.
• Experience with printers and handheld scanners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.

This position is fully on-site, located at the Hebron, CVG facility. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with up to 10% travel required.

This is a Contract position based out of Hebron, KY.

The pay range for this position is $43.75 - $43.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hebron,KY.
