We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Slitter Machine Operator to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate slitter machines to process printed materials.
- Load rolls and adjust tension, alignment, feed, blades, and spacers.
- Monitor production and inspect materials for quality and defects.
- Measure, package, and label finished products according to specifications.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Make minor machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, printing, or machine-operation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
