Quality Inspector

Shift: Position supports Day Shift and Weekend Shift 5:00 AM- 5:30 PM

Seeking a Quality Auditor (Gage Lab Inspector) to support its Combat Mission Systems team on the Weekend Shift. The role involves using CMM and precision inspection tools to verify machined and welded components against blueprint requirements, performing scheduled equipment calibrations, and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and traceability.

The position also includes supporting shop-floor quality audits, collaborating with engineers and technical teams to resolve measurement and calibration issues, and ensuring compliance with NIST and ISO standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and scales.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Knowledge of calibration standards, measurement principles, and quality procedures.
• CMM, GD&T, weld inspection, Faro Arm/Laser Tracker, or Keyence experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience typically preferred.
