Our next part-time Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Night andWeekend availability is required for this role.
To Be Blunt
You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.
One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product
The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment
And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization
Where you’ll be planted
This position will be on-site in ourThorndale, PA Apothecariumdispensary. Our hours of operation are9am - 8pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

What We're High On (Requirements):
  • Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
  • At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
  • Cannabis experience a plus
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Working Conditions

This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Team members may need to lift and move items, e.g., product packages, display cases, cash registers, or inventory boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The role may also require visual abilities to accurately handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory, as well as manual dexterity for handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems, and organizing products. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements with or without reasonable accommodation.
