Pay: $50,000–$60,000 base + quarterly bonus

About the Role

Wingstop, one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our Jupiter location. You'll lead all restaurant operations, including sales, labor, food cost, team development, and guest experience. Our simple, streamlined menu means easier inventory and no drive-thru, so you can focus on your people and your results. We're open late with weekend peaks, so strong scheduling and well-trained teams are key.

Pay and Benefits

• $50,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus of up to $7,000 per quarter, with top GMs earning about $80,000 per year
• Bonus eligibility starts your first full quarter
• Advancement opportunities, including future District Manager roles

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
• Current GMs, or AGMs ready to step into a GM role
• Experience with Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Wendy's, Starbucks, or similar brands is a plus
• A track record of stability and tenure with past employers
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability for 50+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
