Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our front office team.

The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who can multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service while supporting the daily needs of our front desk.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Collect patient copays
• Print compliance reports for providers
• Scan and organize medical records
• Provide general front-office support as needed
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
• Perform other duties necessary to support the front desk and office team
