Position: General Laborer
Pay: $17.00/hr
Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm (short term), then switching to 2nd shift 2:30pm-10:00pm
Location: Lake Bluff, IL

Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move insulation packages, supplies, and tools up to 50 pounds
- Measure and cut insulation materials (fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite) using saws, knives, and shop tools
- Organize inventory, support shipping/receiving, and maintain stock areas
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Keep the work environment hazard-free, clean, and organized daily
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in general warehouse functions preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable using basic shop equipment and hand tools
- Reliable and safety-conscious with attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus but not required

General Laborer for a reputable Warehouse in Lake Bluff, Illinois
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: 5:00am-3:30pm (short term) then switch to 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:00pm)
Location: Lake Bluff, Illinois
General Laborer - assists warehouse, fabrication, or installation teams by prepparing insulation materials, loading and unloading trucks manually, and operating very basic equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move insulation packages, supplies, and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Fabrication & Cutting: Measure and cut specialized insulation materials (fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite) using saws, knives, or specialized shop equipment.
- Warehouse Support: Organize inventory, maintain stock areas, and support shipping and receiving tasks.
- Site & Equipment Safety: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts if certified).
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area, warehouse floor, or job site clean, hazard-free, and organized daily.
