We build personalized, family-centered plans and measure progress with care. Join a supportive clinical team doing meaningful work with kids. What you’ll do • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings under BCBA supervision • Follow treatment plans and collect accurate session data • Support communication, social, daily living, and behavior goals • Partner with families warmly and professionally • Join team meetings, training, and supervision What you bring • Active RBT certification, or willingness to complete certification promptly • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s a plus • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred for in-home/community sessions • Patience, clear communication, and comfort working with children • Ability to pass a background check and meet Minnesota provider requirements • Bilingual Somali, Spanish, Hmong, or other Twin Cities languages a plus What we offer • $20–$24 per hour, based on experience • Weekdays and weekends available • Paid training and ongoing clinical supervision • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Opportunity to grow within an EIDBI practice Location Primary: 360 Sherman St, Ste 150, St. Paul, MN 55102.
