Vacation Rental Property Inspector/Runner

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Property Inspector/Runner to help

ensure our homes are clean, properly stocked, and completely guest-ready before each arrival.

Work Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Weekend availability is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform detailed arrival inspections before guests check in

• Confirm that each property is clean, organized, and ready for occupancy

• Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces

• Make sure all beds are properly made with clean linens

• Check that towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and guest amenities are fully stocked

• Test lights, televisions, appliances, Wi-Fi, locks, and other property features

• Identify cleaning, maintenance, safety, or property-damage concerns

• Take clear photographs and document inspection results

• Immediately report urgent issues that could affect a guest’s stay

• Perform light housekeeping, minor cleaning touch-ups, and restocking as needed

• Deliver supplies, linens, amenities, or other items to properties as needed

• Communicate professionally with cleaners, maintenance staff, and management

• Use a mobile phone and inspection app to receive and complete assigned tasks

• Travel between vacation rental properties throughout the workday

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage time and complete inspections on schedule

• Comfortable using mobile apps, taking photographs, and sending updates

• Previous experience in vacation rentals, housekeeping, hospitality, maintenance, or

property management is preferred

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

• Must be available to work from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Weekend availability is required

• Must be available to work holidays and during busy vacation seasons as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk through and inspect multi-level properties

• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the shift

• Ability to carry cleaning supplies, linens, amenities, or other items when necessary

• Ability to perform light housekeeping duties as needed
