Registered Behavior Technician in Rochester, NH

Step into a meaningful role supporting elementary students in an engaging classroom environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced Behavior Tech/Para. In this contract position located near Rochester, NH, you'll be working onsite from October 2026 through May 2027, offering essential behavioral support alongside a dedicated team.

You'll collaborate closely with a School BCBA supervisor to implement targeted behavioral interventions for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your expertise in evidence-based strategies will help facilitate student growth and classroom success. This is a 32.5-hour workweek, ensuring you have time to focus and make a true impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Current RBT certification (must be submitted with resume)
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral settings, particularly with students with ASD
• For Behavior Techs/Paras: proven background in behavior-focused roles; general 1:1 classroom support alone does not qualify
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation abilities
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and accurately record student progress
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure best outcomes
