About the Role
Solid Personnel is seekingskilled Commercial and Industrial Plumbers experienced in both rough-in and finish plumbing phases. You will install, maintain, and repair large-scale piping, waste, and water systems in active commercial and industrial facilities.

SpecificResponsibilities
Rough-In Plumbing:Read blueprints to layout, cut, assemble, and install underground drainage, water supply lines, and vent stacks in new construction.
Finish Plumbing:Set, connect, and test commercial fixtures, specialized industrial appliances, valves, and trim components.
System Maintenance:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical failures, leaks, and pressure issues in heavy-duty environments.
Code Compliance:Ensure all work rigidly adheres to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
Site Coordination:Coordinate daily tasks smoothly with general contractors, project managers, and other trade professionals.
Required Qualifications
Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable commercial or industrial plumbing experience covering rough and finish work.
Technical Skills:Advanced ability to interpret complex architectural and isometric blueprints.
Physical Standards:Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in tight or awkward industrial spaces.
