Installation Technician (installer)

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician (installer) to join our team now. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of all our custom aluminum products, ensuring exceptional results on every project.

Job Responsibilities & Skills, Include but are Not Limited to:

• Install decorative aluminum railings, gates, glass doors, spiral staircases and other custom products inside and outside
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and prioritize
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
• Read and understand build sheets
• Use of basic hand tools; measuring tape, drills, port-a-ban, core drill, laser, level, etc
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers, multitask, think on your feet, handle physical workload
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and supplies used during the installation process
• Assist in/around fabrication shop when not installing; sanding, grinding, pickup/drop-off products and material/supplies, organize, clean, etc
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, smoke & vape-free / drug-free workplace (jobsites included), pass a background check
