Production Worker

WorkSource is seeking candidates for a client in the Fayetteville area.

Temp to hire

Compensation and Benefits include:

• Starting pay is $15-16/hour
• Insurance options including medical, dental and vision
• Weekly paycheck
• Contract-to-hire position

Days rotate: T, W, TH, 1/2 day Friday (6a-12p or 12p-6a) next week Monday, 1/2 Friday (6a-12p or 12p-6a), Sa, Su

Hours: 6 am (report at 5:50am)-6:15pm

Day Shift $15/hr

Night Shift $16/hr

Machine / Injection Work

Employees working around the machines may be responsible for:

• Receiving products from machines
• Adding labels or stickers
• Building boxes
• Packing products into boxes
• Quality control
• Watching multiple machines

An employee may monitor approximately 4 machines, while actively working on one primary machine.

Roles may be divided into:

• Primary machine
• Secondary machine
• Learning/helping

For Injection, “working” the machine generally means building/assembling the product coming from the machine.

Production is more seasonal and includes assembly and machine-related work. Employees may rotate between positions.

Products include:

• Dog bowls, Halloween buckets, trash cans, watering cans,oil pans, cabinets, other molded/assembled products

Some areas of the facility are extremely hot. Employees working in these areas receive additional breaks.

Dress Code & General Requirements

• Spanish-only speakers are acceptable.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Shoulders cannot be exposed.
• Shorts cannot be shorter than approximately 4 fingers above the knee.
