Software Platforms Development Engineer LHH is seeking a
Software Platforms Development Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with an established organization in the automotive industry. This position will focus on developing and supporting embedded platform software for mechatronic systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop embedded software using C and AUTOSAR BSW.
- Debug and test software on embedded hardware.
- Support software requirements and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain build and automation toolchains.
- Investigate software defects and implement changes.
- Support automotive software safety and cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications- Experience with AUTOSAR BSW and embedded C.
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE.
- Familiarity with ISO 21434 and automotive cybersecurity.
- Experience with embedded debugging and testing.
- Knowledge of scripting, build systems, compilers, version control, and configuration management.
Salary: $140,000-$180,000 annually.
