Springbok Holdings, Inc., an established FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring reliable and motivated full-time delivery drivers to service Cary, NC. Terminal is located in New Hill, NC. This is a physically active, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, independence, and a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Operate a FedEx delivery truck (P1000–P1200 step vans) safely and efficiently
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers with accuracy
- Use a company-provided iPad for navigation and package scanning
- Complete 100+ stops per day while maintaining delivery quality
- Perform frequent entry and exit from the vehicle throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Schedule
- Start time: 8:30 AM or earlier
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
- Some routes may be Monday–Friday (business routes) based on performance and availability
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older (FedEx requirement)
- Experience driving larger vehicles (step vans, box trucks, etc.) REQUIRED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable using a hand truck/dolly for heavier packages
- Ability to follow directions using GPS/navigation tools
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)
- Previous delivery driving experience (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding job
