Position: Production Associate (Talent Pool)
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: Various Shifts
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50/hr

Job Summary
We are building a talent pool for a client in the Lithia Springs, GA area for upcoming Production Associate opportunities in a refrigerated/cold storage facility. Qualified candidates will be contacted for initial interviews/onboarding and will be deployed to start when new openings become available.

This role requires comfort working extended shifts in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general production and warehouse duties within a refrigerated/cold storage environment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures specific to cold storage work

  • Operate manual material handling equipment as assigned

  • Meet daily production standards and quality expectations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout the shift

Must Haves

  • Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 30–45°ree;F for the full shift

  • Able to work 10-hour shifts

  • Able to work various/flexible shift schedules, including weekends if needed

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or cold storage environment

  • Experience using RF scanners or basic production equipment
