We are looking for dependable, motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position will operate honing and gun-drill equipment to produce high-quality precision components.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate honing and gun-drill machines
- Set up and adjust machines as needed
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Use precision measuring equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety and quality procedures
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred
- Honing or gun-drilling experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
