We're looking for a Commercial Small Business Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage a book of small commercial accounts, under $25k in revenue
• Navigate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing
• Support clients with coverage questions and claims advocacy
• Coordinate with carriers, producers, and teammates to deliver solutions
• Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and client relationships
• Provide proactive, professional service that builds long-term trust

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• 3 years of EPIC experience, strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of small business insurance coverages
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Texas General Lines P&C License required
