Job Overview:
SAPA Transmission, a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support technical projects for defense and government customers. This role works closely with engineering and program teams to coordinate activities, track schedules and budgets, manage action items, and support customer communications while ensuring project requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
- Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, risk registers, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and progress against program milestones.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and materials for customer and management reviews.
- Facilitate technical meetings, design reviews, and cross-functional communication.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or program management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, if required.
