Do you have the ability to work with precise work specifications and measurements needed for quality inspections?We are in need of a 2nd shift Operator to join our growing team in Monroe!Hours are 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday through FridayTraining hours are conducted on 1st shift for the first several weeks from 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, before moving to 2nd shiftPay is starting between $20 - $40/hour, depending on machining experience level. Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate machines for drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Understand specifications by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Selecting computer commands for machine functions
• Prepare and load raw materials onto the machines
• Set up and run first pieces to make sure the machines produce parts according to specifications
• Monitoring machine functions and making any necessary adjustments
• Inspect and measure finished products to determine if the process has been produced according to specs
