A&R Complete Auto Care is looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor.

YOU DO NOT NEED AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE.

We can teach you cars.

What we're looking for is much harder to teach:

Confidence. Drive. Competitiveness. Communication. Follow-up. And the ability to CLOSE.

THIS IS A SALES POSITION.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain recommended services and repairs, present solutions, follow up on opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales.

You're not turning wrenches.

You're building relationships, solving problems, and selling solutions.

• Is comfortable working on commission
