Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare dishes in bulk
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables in bulk
- Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces.
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Pre package daily meals going out
- Able to adhere to temperature guidelines hot and cold
- Able to work in a group environment
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Prep Cook required
- Attention to Detail
- Work well within a team environment
