About the Role
As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit. Your responsibilities will include:
Manages nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and streamline clinical operations
Assesses patient needs and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitors patient care and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit operations
Fosters a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role or setting
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient care
