Dance Teacher

Children’s Land is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Dance Teacher teaching dance to toddler aged children and staging children's performances. The hours are September through May, twice a week, 2.5 hours in the morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce young children to basic dance concepts through play-based learning.
• Foster a love for movement and encourage creative expression.
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit different developmental levels.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate dance into classroom routines.
• Prepare children for performances.

Requirements:

Proficiency in dance (required).

Experience working with young children (ages 3-6) in a teaching or childcare setting.

Passion for movement education and early childhood development.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to create a joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
