Your blends will become the personal care and OTC items customers rely on. As a Process Manufacturing Compounder, you’ll transform formulas into finished batches with accuracy, care, and consistency.
Your mission
Own the compounding process from prep to transfer, ensuring every batch meets the intended quality, purity, and performance standards.
How you’ll make an impact
- Translate batch records into actionset up, sequence, and execute steps for liquid fill production.
- Double-check pre-weighed ingredients for correctness before charging tanks.
- Measure precisely and blend liquids, powders, and solids using agitators to achieve uniformity.
- Monitor batches with scales and thermometers; record critical parameters for traceability.
- Maintain a spotless, safe compounding area and move materials with a forklift responsibly.
- Interpret safety guidelines, SOPs, and equipment manuals; keep clear, routine documentation.
- Use practical math to calculate quantities and reconcile yields with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Resolve routine process variances using sound judgment while following instructions.
- Safeguard confidential data and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What it takes
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–3 months of compounding/blending experience or training; 1–2 years in OTC/personal care bulk manufacturing preferred (or relevant process-manufacturing background).
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and basic inventory/manufacturing applications.
- Physical capability to sit, stand, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, twist, carry, grasp, and grip for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test; must be clean-shaven at the time of testing.
- Willingness to complete an in-person, on-site interview.
Shifts available
- 2nd Shift: Monday night – Friday night | 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday night – Friday night | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
