JOB SUMMARY
The Plant Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership, assuming P&L responsibility for all manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, and production metrics. This role involvesanalyzing operational performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing. They also manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding cultural change to meet site and company goals.
