Part-Time Attorney

A distinguished law firm based out of Encino, CA is searching for a Part-Time Attorney to join them in a fully remote position! This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced attorney who is looking for the flexibility to continue their career on a part-time basis from home. They are looking for candidates with an active CA bar membership, a background in civil litigation, and solid experience with pre-trial proceedings to support the firm’s case management on an as-needed basis. Pay Range: $10,000 - $30,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-trial procedures, including depositions, and handle motions related to discovery, sanctions, and minor compromises
• Manage personal injury cases, focusing on premise liability and car accidents, ensuring diligent progression and resolution
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients, staff, and other relevant parties, responding to inquiries as necessary
• Operate fully remotely, utilizing support staff assistance when needed, without the requirement for travel

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required
• Active membership with the California State Bar is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience with pre-trial proceedings
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred background in personal injury law
