• Reservations: Quote and Book reservations for customers over the phone or online using both email and software system
• Attention to detail: Pay close attention to detail and help plan trips for clients
• Customer service: Answer customer questions, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues
• Communication: Have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Computer skills: Be proficient with computers and office equipment, such as phones, email and other software. Data entry is a key part of the job
• Social Media: Create and maintain social media page
• Payments: Accept payments for reservations, such as cash, check, or credit card
• Time management: Have good time management and organizational skills
