The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the financial performance and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities and supports our production sectors through detailed financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis. This position requires proficiency in inventory management and accounting software, Excel, and proprietary tools to deliver accurate financial data analysis and insights. The role involves interaction with cross functional internal teams to support effective cost management and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with multiple departments to provide financial insights and support
Preferred Qualifications
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
- 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or plant accountant ideally in manufacturing
- Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, budgeting, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting
