Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation
- Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively
- Supervise onsite manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency
- Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a highperformance culture
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and customer standards
- Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- ~5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management
- Strong background in construction site coordination or manufacturingbased construction
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Demonstrated leadership skills in fastpaced environments
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- Valid driver’s license preferred for multisite visits
