Your Mission
- Run CNC machines with precision, maintaining process discipline
- Inspect parts against drawings to verify tolerances and finish
- Follow written work instructions and verbal guidance exactly
- Repeat machining cycles with consistent outcomes
- Tend multiple machines in a production cell when required
- Partner with experienced machinists on setups and program edits
- Show up reliably and contribute a positive attitude
- Take on additional, related tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- High School Diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2+ years in machining
- Mechanical savvy and solid basic math
- Drive to learn and collaborate
