Associate Attorney

A boutique law firm that provides general legal services to clients in a small-town setting is searching for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Litchfield, MN! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, including transactional business work, estate planning, contract reviews, and more. Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys
• Handle transactional business work, estate planning, contract reviews, and real estate closings
• Assist with litigation matters as needed
• Build a full caseload over approximately 6 months
• Work remotely with occasional onsite meetings with clients and colleagues

• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience
• Active BAR status or ability to transfer BAR registration
• Law degree (no pedigree needed)

• Experience in real estate or probate law is preferred
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
