Neuro Behavioral Position

Bachelors degree preferred in fields related to Psych, Social Sciences, Mental Health, Human Services and Education or related field accepted and welcomed!

Associate Degree with 2-5 years experience working with individuals in behavioral health or long term care required.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to communicate with individuals who have mental health or emotional issues

· Offer assistance to individuals with substance use issues

· Provide prevention-oriented education

· Ability to motivate

· Review and implement treatment plans

· Collaborate with Timberlyn Heights interdisciplinary treatment team

· Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

· Ability to build rapport with residents

· Strong leadership skills

· Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related field

· Familiarity with community mental health resources

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Adept at having fun

· Self starter
