Senior Functional Consultant/Manager - Oracle Fusion Finance
Location:Dallas, TX
Work Mode:5 days a week in the office
Required Experience & Skills:
- 16-20 years of enterprise ERP experience with deep functional leadership in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, BI, HCM, FA; CM and Tax are an added advantage), operating at a program or portfolio level.
- Must have experience working with US-based customers and managing sizable teams.
- Proven leadership in delivering large, multi-year Oracle Fusion Finance programs for global/Fortune 100 enterprises, from business case through stabilization.
- Full-cycle implementation experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Experience managing Fortune 100/global ERP estates (21 countries + US), supporting multi-ledger environments and GAAP compliance.
- Hands-on experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes, accounting controls, reconciliations, and audit support in SOX-compliant environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams, manage AMS/support models, govern SLAs, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience partnering with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, Audit, and Compliance teams as a trusted functional advisor.
- Experience transitioning programs into steady-state operations and AMS, ensuring business continuity and process stability.
- Experience with production support, upgrades, quarterly releases, and change management in a cloud ERP environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and drive executive-level decision-making.
