We are seeking energetic and reliable General Labor team members to join our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading materials.
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
- Operate saws, CNC machines, along with other manual machines for routine established work.
- Unload parts and materials from the machine following job order instructions
- Read job travelers to move job materials to the next workstation.
- Safely operate an overhead crane to handle materials and completed work.
- Make routine decisions and use problem-solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
- Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues.
- Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level
- Maintain a safe work environment by cleaning, moving, and doing minor repairs on facilities.
- Perform other assigned work by management.
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
- Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling is a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided)
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
