Job Title: QA Document Controller

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Must be flexible and open to working AM and PM shifts

Language: English fluency required; must be able to read and write English

Full Steam Staffing is hiring an experienced QA Document Controller to support food safety, quality assurance, and document control activities in a food production environment. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate quality documentation, supporting audits, and helping ensure food safety and regulatory requirements are met.

• Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs and quality documents.
• Manage document control systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain documentation for food safety and quality management systems.
• Support customer and supplier approval programs.
• Assist with BRCGS, SQF, and HACCP programs and documentation.
• Prepare and organize documentation for customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
• Maintain compliance records and assist with corrective action documentation.
• Help ensure food safety and quality procedures are properly documented and followed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for inspections and audits.
• Work closely with QA and production teams to support food safety and quality requirements.

• Previous experience in QA, food safety, quality assurance, or document control.
• Experience with SOP development, review, and document control.
• Knowledge of BRCGS, SQF, and HACCP systems.
• Experience with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience preparing for audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be flexible and willing to work AM and PM shifts.
