Project Manager - New Product Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and launching physical products within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Develop and launch innovative physical products.
• Drive strategic data center cooling and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate globally with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Lead critical projects without direct authority, ensuring accountability and progress.
• Present findings and reports to leadership and executives.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Push projects forward and deliver results rather than simply reporting status.

• Experience in product development and manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.
• Experience in global collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

• Formal project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in the data center cooling industry.
• ERP/PLM experience.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle, engineering deliverables, and manufacturing processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
