Structure Hospitality is seeking amotivated and results-driven Sales Managerto lead sales efforts for ourComfort Inn Bozemanproperty. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and making a measurable impact on hotel performance.
Compensation:$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
Develop and execute a proactive hotel sales strategy.
GrowLocal Negotiated Rate (LNR)accounts and room-night production.
Prospect and develop new corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts.
Conduct regular outside sales calls and community networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses.
Monitor market andSTR performanceand identify opportunities to increase market share.
Work closely with the General Manager and hotel team to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and follow-up.
Represent the hotel professionally within the local community.
Previous hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with proactive prospecting.
Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue concepts.
Organized, accountable, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel leadership.
