As a Line Cook at Black Dog Champaign, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a top-notch dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Managing food preparation and ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed.

We’re seeking someone who brings skill, reliability, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. Here's what you'll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary role.
- Availability to work nights on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support your coworkers.
